Ion channel...

I'm obsessed with the Ion Life channel, 22.3 on my basic broadcast antenna in the Portland area. The commercials crack me up, they're either about other shows on this channel, other Ion channels, male enhancement products, or stuff geared towards children - weird. The shows are all slightly interesting and slightly boring = perfect for zoning out and getting tired at night or background noise.
